The Psychology of Bad Boys

A chat with Scott Barry Kaufman

There are a handful of questions I get all the time. One is, “Is horror bad for us?” That’s one I’ve done plenty of research on and have written about before. I’ve also done several podcast interviews that focus on that topic. Another common one is something along the lines of “why do women love true crime?” or “why do women like bad boys?”

That’s one I haven’t had a chance to pontificate on as much. Thankfully, Scott Barry Kaufman was very interested in this question, and we had a far reaching conversation about it.
